Boxing/Kick Boxing

Our Boxing/Kick Boxing Classes are non-contact classes utilizing our heavy bags and other equipment that blend martial art  and classic boxing techniques that develop practical self-defense skills in a fun and empowering group setting. The energy of the class will keep you motivated and coming back for more.

Boot Camp

Full body workouts that incorporate the following combinations: Cardio; Core-Work; Resistance, Strength, and Interval Training. This class improves endurance, agility, balance, and flexibility.

Rebounder ( Mini Trampolines)

This class is designed to get you moving! It’s a fun low impact/high cardio workout on a mini trampoline to energetic music. This class is ideal for all levels, and a great alternative to running. Instructor Favorite!!!

30/30/30

This Class is a great introduction. You start with 30 minutes of boxing, 30 Minutes of cardio on our mini trampolines and end with 30 minutes of strength training. You can try any combination or stay for all 3 for a 90 minute workout!

Yoga

60 minutes of athletic yoga to simultaneously stretch and strengthen. Classes are on alternate Sundays

Rock Steady Boxing

These 1 hour classes are designed for boxers fighting back against Parkinsons disease. They focus on strength, balance, coordination, gait work, alignment and more.
