We developed our classes with everyone in mind. Classes are filled with men and women, and regardless of age, fitness or skill level, you fit in! They are designed to improve overall fitness, strength, speed, endurance, balance and agility and to burn significant calories. We guarantee our classes

will relieve stress and help you feel empowered and healthy.

Boxing & Kick Boxing


With no prior experience you fit in and benefit from these conditioning, non-sparring bag classes. Using hanging heavy bags, we apply boxing, kick boxing, other mixed martial arts techniques, as well as various conditioning exercises to make these full-body workouts challenging, dynamic and

high-calorie burning.

Boot Camp

Our boot camps are non-bag classes. This class is a high energy, full-body workout utilizing cardio training, resistance, plyometrics, core stabilizing and strengthening exercises, interval training and more. Participants burn significant calories and lose fat while developing endurance, strength, agility, balance and flexibility.


Core & Strength Barre

Our Core & Strength Barre Class is a low or no impact series of movements using a stability bar, light weights and a mat for optional floor work.  With a combination of isolation moves,  basic ballet principles, pilates and yoga, the focus is on balance, alignment and good posture, while enhancing body awareness, flexibility, coordination and strength. A Core & Strength Barre workout balances and compliments more aggressive training and can improve overall performance by strengthening the core and lengthening muscles through proper stretching. All ages and fitness levels are welcome and no prior dance experience is necessary.


Focus Mitts

Using various styles of martial arts, including boxing, kickboxing and Karate and more, you will develop hand strike and kick technique using focus mitts, Muay Thai pads, and kick pads. You will learn punching, various striking and kicking combinations.  Attention will be paid to maintaining proper body mechanics so that you may progress in skill, speed, strength and power.  Be prepared to work hard and sweat!


Rebounder training is a low-impact, high cardio workout on a mini trampoline. Rebounding trampolines, which are officially called “Rebounders,” are individual use mini trampolines, and are low to the ground to eliminate the “bounce gone bad” effect for safety. Rebounder  class is a very fun, low-impact and full body workout that alternates intense cardio with strength training. The class includes intervals of high energy rebounding alternating with full body strengthening. This workout is ideal for all levels of athletes, including beginners, individuals who require low-impact exercising that is easy on the joints, as well as elite athletes in training. It’s a high-energy, full-body, muscle-toning workout that is as much fun as it is intense. Remember, you can make this workout as intense as you want it to be for you! Expect to blast (and feel) your muscles in your legs, butt & abs like never before!

Rock Steady Boxing at Squared Circle Studio

Empowering people to fight back against Parkinson’s disease!


Squared Circle Studio is very proud to announce that we, through our team lead/ Certified Coach Britt Nystrom, are now the official Rock Steady Boxing Middlesex County Affiliate. Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) is an Indianapolis-based, non-profit exercise program that provides training classes for people living with Parkinson's Disease (PD). Several medical studies on exercise and PD have concluded that forced, intense exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson's by attacking the disease at its vulnerable neurological points, and boxing is a leading form of intense exercise, even compared to many other sports. Participants in the program, just like pro Boxers, train to improve balance, hand-eye coordination, speed of movement, agility, muscle power, mental focus and rhythm, which all become issues for people with PD. Physical flexibility is another focus of training. No boxing experience is necessary and people of all ages are invited to participate. With over 250 Affiliates domestic & international, many participants have demonstrated improvement in PD symptoms.


The mission of Rock Steady Boxing is to empower people to fight back against Parkinson’s Disease! Through an intensive plan of physical exercise delivered in a welcoming, safe and positive environment, members and caregivers gain confidence and hope knowing Rock Steady Boxing is helping them maximize their potential mentally, emotionally and physically.

Individual Fitness


Fitness testing, or assessments, includes a series of measurements that help determine the health status and physical fitness of an individual.

Our personal trainers will spend one hour assessing your current fitness level. Following the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)

and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) guidelines, we will assess your cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility levels, as well as determine body fat percentages.

Personal Training

One-to-one training or buddy training with a partner. Train with

a partner for encouragement AND for a reduced price. We create

a customized training plan that works for you.


Adult & Kids Athletic Performance


Do you want to improve your performance in football, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, tennis, or any sport of your choice? Then Athletic Performance Training is for you. Athletic Performance Training is sport-specific conditioning training uniquely designed for each participant to enhance

his or her sport-specific performance through overall conditioning. Our trainers utilize functional and athletic training techniques, as well as strength and conditioning exercises, to improve the athlete's agility, speed, endurance and explosive power. Individual or group/team training is available.


Boxing Technique


Offered as one-on-one training or in small groups by appointment. Participants will learn proper boxing punches, combinations, strategy

and footwork. It is the perfect training for beginners and for advanced participants who want to improve their skills.
